More Than Metrics: The True Role of Data in UX Research

In the world of UX, data is our compass. We use it to navigate complex design challenges and create experiences that resonate with users. But what if there’s more to data than we’ve been taught? What if we’re missing a crucial dimension of data that could amplify our impact and drive even greater success?

In this talk, we’ll examine the usual suspects – quantitative and qualitative data – and then, uncover a new perspective. A perspective that will empower you to turn data into more than just numbers and narratives and become meaningful, digestible, and convincing. We’ll explore how data can be leveraged in ways you might not expect, revealing a hidden potential that could transform the way you approach UX research.

This session is crafted for UX professionals eager to elevate their work and influence within their organizations. Let’s discuss how we can replace the predominantly dry reporting of data with stories that add depth and achieve what is important – nudge towards better decisions.
