Ekaterina Mitova

I started as an information developer. Then, a couple of years later, I switched to development, only to realize that information development is my true passion. Or in other words, I love to provide help that really helps. In the last couple of years, I am working mostly on chatbots, conversational UI and AI.

I am passionate about using OOUX for improving documentation, building taxonomies and ontologies, and organizing content in general. I am also involved in University activities promoting technical writing among young professionals. There is no boundary between design and technical writing; they both fall under the UX umbrella. I believe that design is as important to technical communicators as is writing to designers.
