The concept of sustainability is based on three fundamental pillars – social, economic and environmental. Maintaining sustainable environment builds on our wellbeing both physically and mentally – our happiness, the levels of stress and anxiety we feel, our productivity, creativity and ability to focus. The session covers the end-to-end process behind the delivery of the VMware Aria Operations Sustainability monitoring functionality – from stakeholder partnership and collaboration, through concept development and validation, all the way to continuous product delivery and sustainable evolution.

Director of Product Design

Kosta is a design leader with more than 17 years of professional experience. He currently serves as Director of Product Design at VMware and is responsible for the design teams supporting the Multi-cloud management product portfolio. Prior to his current role, he has run and been part of product design teams delivering UX work for desktop, web and mobile.

Outside of work, he holds a master’s degree in product design and, more recently, a business degree. He is a fan of classic car design, street photography, good food and long walks along wild beaches.
