The program for the upcoming edition is full, so we do not accept proposals.

We are opn to hear your ideas at any time. Contact us at uxsofia@lucrat.net.

Yes, we will continue to support young people. We will award scholarships to students and other learners. We usually offer:

  • 3 scholarships for the seminar day,
  • 4 scholarships for the workshops – 1 for each workshop.

We will release a scholarship application form. We will announce it in our email newsletter (if you want to subscribe, email us at uxsofia@lucrat.net) and on social media: Lucrat’s Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram pages.

Currently we do not need volunteers. If we have a volunteer opening, we will announce it here on the website, on social media, and in our email newsletter.

The event begins on 12 November 2025 with two half-day workshops, continues on 13 November with two half-day workshops, and ends on 14 November with the seminar day. See The Program

A great lineup of speakers, thought-provoking topics, a place to ask your questions and/or share your knowledge about UX, opportunities to connect with other attendees, and probably some surprises. The event attracts predominantly active professionals and students. We usually gather between 200 and 350 people for the 3 days of the conference.

The seminar sessions on will be recorded. If you are registered for the seminar day and you are not able to participate in all sessions, you’ll receive all records and lecturer’s presentations.

No, tickets are virtual. We don’t send tickets to the attendees. We confirm the registrations via email. Please show up at the expected time for the respective workshop or the seminar day, and the conference attendants will check you in.
