The talk will focus on how to organize, standardize, measure, socialize, collaborate and enable UX teams in complex environments in order to create benefits for everyone involved in the UX process, ensuring streamlined delivery and impact.
Attendees will be able to better understand and implement DesignOps practices and strategies in their respective teams and companies in relation not only to design and research, but also change management and communication strategies. They will leverage examples from different real-life scenarios in relation to: setting up UX teams and practices, improving UX processes and cross-functional collaboration, increasing UX maturity across teams and companies, and more.
The talk will be helpful to aspiring UX managers, new people managers or managers wanting to further improve their operations, as well as professionals who are interested in strategies and tactics on how to adopt qualitative and quantitative research in low and mid UX maturity organizations.
