Adele is a South Africa-based UX Research professional with a solid foundation in both academic and practical realms. Her mix of lecturing, design, coding, and psychology education and background, gives her a strong understanding of human behaviour and design principles.
Adele has extensive experience in leading and executing comprehensive research studies for financial, medical, insurance, and rewards programs, spanning deep insights and rapid, iterative research methods, bridging the gap between research and design while driving user-centred innovation. She enjoys transforming complex data and findings into actionable insights. Adele leverages storytelling to bring participant feedback to life and is extremely passionate about making UX research enjoyable and impactful.
