Boril is a book designer and illustrator by education who has worked over the years in graphic design, advertising and the internet. He is from the first generation of web designers and has participated in the realization of projects that have become iconic for the development of the Bulgarian web. He is a long-time member of the management board of the Bulgarian Web Association and chairman of the jury of the Bulgarian Web Awards.
Boril is a published author, active speaker and teacher at numerous events and trainings on web, graphic and type design. He is one of the founders of the initiative For Bulgarian Cyrillic, organizer of the Typofest festival and Typoclass trainings. He supports the New Bulgarian Typography exhibition and teaches Typography Fundamentals at SoftUni Creative.
Currently, Boril is a Lead UI/UX Designer at Dynamo Software, a fintech company with global presence.
