Hriti Shah is a Senior Product Designer at Openprovider, where she leads design across three product areas and helps shape the company’s evolving design practice. As the sole designer, she has woven AI into her daily workflow, using it for research synthesis, design critiques, rapid prototyping, and edge-case discovery. This lets her scale design across multiple teams without sacrificing quality.
Previously at Cloudflare, Hriti was the founding designer of Turnstile, taking the product “from zero to one”. Today, Turnstile protects websites and applications worldwide, serving over 2 billion impressions daily. With 7+ years of experience across cybersecurity, fintech, advertising, and data analytics, she specializes in complex B2B SaaS products.
Although her primary discipline is product design, research has always been one of her strongest skills. She has spoken at the Experience Design Summit on practical approaches to UX research and enjoys helping teams make better product decisions through evidence-driven design.
Outside of work, she sings, travels, cooks, and dances — not necessarily in that order. (You should try her mawa cake!)
