Kamila is a Senior UX Researcher at Wargaming with over 10 years of experience in user research, experimental design, and survey methodology. As part of the World of Warships franchise team, she helps represent the voice of more than 30 million registered players across 18 languages and global markets.
Her team supports product development throughout the entire lifecycle, from early discovery research and player insights to concept validation and usability testing before release. Their work has informed major World of Warships initiatives, including highly successful seasonal events such as New Year and Anniversary celebrations, as well as redesigns of key player-facing platforms, including the game website, developer blog, and Mod Hub.
Working within a live-service environment that delivers 12 major updates each year, Kamila specializes in fast-cycle research and large-scale unmoderated usability testing. She regularly designs and runs complex studies across multiple regions simultaneously, enabling product teams to make confident decisions under tight development timelines.
Kamila holds a background in social psychology and applies principles from experimental psychology, cognitive psychology, and social science statistics to UX research. Her expertise in cross-cultural psychology helps her design robust studies and interpret behavioral data across diverse player populations worldwide.
She is an active contributor to the UX research community and has presented at international conferences, including the Quant UX Conference and the Game UX Summit.
