Öykü Doğru

Product Designer

Öykü Doğru is a Berlin-based Product Designer who came to digital products through an unlikely route: BSc Interior Architecture, MSc Urban Design and BA Sociology. She approaches interfaces the way architects approach spaces: starting with how people actually move, feel and make decisions in an environment, not just with the screen itself.

She designed and shipped Bloomie, a habit tracker built on emotional-attachment research rather than guilt-based mechanics. She has delivered end-to-end product design, design systems and UX strategy for companies across Germany and Turkey.

She writes and speaks about spatial logic in digital design, behavioral UX and what it means to keep humans oriented in products that are increasingly making decisions for them.

When she is not in Figma, she is at craft nights with her people or planning a future by the sea with a dog she does not have yet.

At UX Sofia 2026, she will explore

  • What it means to keep humans oriented and in control as automation becomes part of everyday products.
  • How behavioral UX, cognitive offloading and spatial thinking can help us design for trust, clarity and a sense of agency.
