Ayan Bihi has over 10 years of experience working across consultancy, agency, and in-house product design. She has spent her career at the intersection of people, data and technology, helping teams ask better questions before building better things.
She is also the founder of arum.care, a circular design practice, and the host of Ascend UX, a podcast about the unveiling of user experience design, the people behind it, the craft behind them, and the careers being built in between. Across all of it, her focus is the same: making technology more human.
It is this exact mission that she brings to UX Sofia with her combined theme, “Human After All: Designing with Intention in the Age of AI”.
If you have ever felt the pressure to use or build with AI before you have figured out what you are actually solving for, this session is for you. Ayan’s talk and workshop are built around the same core question: what does it mean to be human in a world that is automating fast? The talk makes the case. The workshop puts it to work. You will leave with a point of view you have pressure-tested, a set of principles you helped write, and a published artifact that does not disappear when the day ends.
