Radoslvav Enchev

Senior Product Manager at OfficeRnD

Rado works at OfficeRnD Flex, software that helps coworking and flexible workspace operators run their business from one place, across more than 2,500 locations worldwide. His work spans the full product lifecycle of a SaaS product: shaping early ideas, building, launching, and iterating. It also covers the day-to-day work between product, design, and engineering that turns each stage into shipped software.

He has grown alongside the product itself, from its early-stage startup days to a scale-up serving customers globally. That span means he has watched the UX process mature from ad hoc to established, and he knows firsthand how the roles of PM, Designer, and Engineer shift as a company grows.

For Rado, the latest shift came with AI. Rewiring how his team now works with Claude Code and Claude Cowork meant rethinking what each role actually does: PMs now produce early prototypes instead of static briefs, and engineers make more of their own micro-decisions against a well-defined design system.

That hands-on experience is what he brings to UX Sofia. Alongside Product Design Team Leader Teodora, he tells the story of how OfficeRnD’s product team set out to collapse the classic PM-to-Designer-to-Engineer relay. Expect real scenarios: where AI shortened the loop, how the new division of labor changed the PM and Designer roles, and the moments where AI-driven prototypes fell short and misled the team.
