Teodora studied Engineering Design at the Technical University of Sofia and spent the past decade helping teams build enterprise software – from contributing to SAP’s Fiori Design System to shaping the design systems and product design practice behind OfficeRnD’s products.
Her background extends beyond software. She has designed and brought physical products to market, from sketch to manufacturing. Rebelt is a reversible belt brand featuring custom hardware and printed straps. Magnecity is a geometric magnet collection inspired by Sofia’s landmarks that continues to sell today.
Working across both software and physical products reinforced the same lesson: successful products rarely come from perfect execution alone. They come from understanding real customer problems, validating ideas early, balancing business and technical constraints, and iterating quickly based on feedback.
Today, her focus is the shift to AI and how it is reshaping product development and redefining the role of product designers. She has helped reshape how OfficeRnD’s product teams use LLMs to reduce handoffs, accelerate iteration, and keep designers focused on what matters most: deep customer understanding, experience quality, and the critical decisions that AI still cannot make reliably.
