Viktoriya is a software engineer who likes building products that solve real problems – products people genuinely love using because they make life easier. She builds for healthcare, media, and enterprise clients, and is increasingly drawn to AI – not for its own sake, but for what it can do for her work: helping her automate, optimize, and get more done with less effort.
That same instinct for making things easier led her to co-found two civic projects in Bulgaria. Tsarski Pishtovi grew out of her own experience – wanting someone to explain the topics she was supposed to understand but never learned. It exists to give people that missing context. Beyond the content, Viktoriya also shapes how the team organizes its work and communicates. Report Now (Подай сигнал) came from a related gap: people see something wrong in their city and don’t know who to turn to or how to even phrase a report. Viktoriya built the database and data structure behind the platform and trained the AI agent to guide citizens through it.
Outside of work, she plays tennis, reads, and binges good shows.
