About
More than 2000 years ago the famous Roman architect Vitruvius created one of the most significant works of his time -“The ten books of architecture”. He defined three key attributes that architectural objects should have: strength, usability, and beauty. Back then, Vitruvius probably didn’t expect that these three words would also describe the features of a good UX product.
Nowadays, there is one more addition to these three main characteristics. A well designed product should also be sustainable. Both architecture and UX design apply good practices in minimising the environmental impact. Let’s dive into the physical and digital and explore what architecture and UX design share in common and what they both can learn from each other.
