General conditions

The following conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (below referred to as “you”) to Lucrat Ltd, UIC 131318272 (referred to below as “we” or “us”) at the website, mobile version or mobile application of uxsofia.com or by telephone or email regarding UX Sofia (collectively referred to below as “UX Sofia”).

By using UX Sofia and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in here (the “Terms”). Please, make sure that you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

Orders can be placed by companies and by individuals over the age of 18 who are not placed under guardianship.

We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time, without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will be applied to your order will be the one published on the website of UXSofia at the time you place your order.

UX Sofia wants to provide high quality and timely services to you. You understand and agree not to

resend, transmit, redistribute, upload or advertise any messages or content that may harm or adversely affect our business, products or services;
act in a manner or use any device that restricts, disrupts, interferes with or delays the use of UX Sofia by another user or that affects the security of UX Sofia or
use any device or make an attempt to use any device, software, tool, script or other mechanism (including but not limited to spiders, bots, robots, avatars, or intelligence tools) to search for or navigate UX Sofia, or to copy content from UX Sofia. We reserve the right to immediately deny access to UX Sofia and to any user who violates this provision or any other provision related to the Terms.

Prices and expenses

The prices shown on UX Sofia include the value-added tax (VAT) by law. There are no delivery charges. The order and the receipt of the service are carried out entirely online, on UX Sofia and by email.

Ordering

You can order through UXSofia, by phone or by email. Please see our contact information in the footer of every page of uxsofia.com.

After you place an order, if you have provided us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain information on how you will receive the service you have requested.

Delivery

UX Sofia diligently accepts and processes orders, ensuring that an order confirmation is sent to your email address.

UX Sofia strives to process the orders in the shortest possible time and in the sequence in which they were placed.

Our goal is to send you an order confirmation immediately after you place the order via UX Sofia, or within 1 to 3 business days when you place your order via email.

Cancelation

You can cancel your order within 3 days after it has been made. If you have paid, we will refund the amount. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us in writing by email.

Payment methods

We accept payments by bank transfer and credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The corresponding amount will be requested immediately on your card, but will not be debited before the request is sent. We reserve the right to check the validity of your credit or debit card and its status in relation to the value of the order. We may refuse to execute orders depending on the results of these checks.

Our responsibility

We are not liable for any indirect losses you might incur that are a side effect of a main loss or damage, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity in case we are unable to fulfill an order or to meet any of our obligations under these Terms when this inability is due to an event beyond our control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riots, civil commotion, war, nuclear accidents and terrorist activity.

Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on UX Sofia will be limited to the total amount of your order.

If you have a problem with the service you purchased from UX Sofia and have not been able to resolve the dispute with us, then you can file a complaint with the EU’s online dispute resolution platform (“ODR platform”) at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

The ODR platform offers to the customers and traders within the EU the opportunity to try and achieve out-of-court settlement of complaints arising from online purchases. This one-off complaint platform is free and available in all official languages in the EU.

Warranty

If you are not satisfied with the services you have received, please let us know by email or phone.

We will comply with all legal provisions for warranties.

Transfer

We will reserve the right to transfer or pledge to third parties all claims for payment that have arisen in connection with the supply of services.

Separation

If any part of these Terms is rejected or found to be invalid by a court or regulatory authority, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.

Property rights

All intellectual property rights such as trademarks and copyrights of UX Sofia remain property of Lucrat Ltd. Any use of UX Sofia or its content, including copying or storing this content in its whole or in part, except for your personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without permission from UX Sofia.
